Energy-effective Economy of Russia: Myth or Reality?

Despite an abundance of energy resources in Russia, efficiency of their usage is limited by ineffective management system and the lack of a coherent resource policy. The development of an effective resource economy, which would take into account both the current global economic trends and Russia’s national interests, is an urgent matter.
