Formation of Region Industry Anti-Crisis Management Mechanism in Conditions of Manufacturing Digitalization

The unstable economic situation associated with geopolitical pressure on the Russian Federation contributes to the search for effective tools and systems for crisis management in various types of economic activity. Adaptation to the macroeconomic background is based on new crisis management mechanisms that help reduce negative consequences and have a positive impact on the economic situation, as well as mitigate the effects of crises, which are also the driving force for changes in existing management systems at various levels. A modern scientific and theoretical model of the mechanism of industry anti-crisis management in a digital environment is needed, which is a reserve for increasing production efficiency, saving and using resources, and choosing appropriate methods for preventive regulation of enterprises. As a methodological base provisions of scientific schools, methods, techniques and technologies for crisis management were used. The priority approach in this scientific article is situational General logical methods, systems and situational analysis methods, financial and economic analysis, modeling were applied. The results of the study show that crisis phenomena are a pattern of complex socio-economic systems development. Flexibility and adaptability of control systems by the formation of positive experience in resolving situations related to the stable functioning of management facilities in industry. Effective anti-crisis management mechanisms are based on obtaining new results and competencies of management personnel, and high material resources savings. The mechanism of anti-crisis management of an industrial region in digital technology can be caused by various significant factors: industrial development, exchange of experience and development prospects, interaction with non-standard situations and risks.
