One of the most important features of the modern society is a transformation of an individual’s life, family life, large social groups, businesses and government agencies, economics, communications, cooperation, competition, property, governance and power. This transformation is a stable trend in modern social development. The article explores the modern social development and defines the approach to modern public administration reformation.
