The Role of Nontechnological Changes in Industrial Development

The relevance of the article is defined by the lack of complex researches on nontechnological changes in real economy and their influence on industrial production development. Without theoretical justification of nontechnological changes practical development, innovative processes do not give the expected results. For this reason the author applies an ascension method from abstract to concrete: first, theoretical justification to application of nontechnological changes is given and their interrelation at different levels of industry development is described, and then the example of the Chinese oil company (CNPC) is analyzed. For identifying and demonstrating steady interrelation between functions of management and a state of the nontechnological changes at different levels a method of logical matrixes is used.

The article considers the essence, the place and the role of nontechnological changes in connection with top trends of the industrial development on macro-, meso- and microlevels. The author systematizes types of nontechnological innovations, their manifestation at various levels of industrial systems development. The interrelation between specifics of nontechnological innovations and managing them on macro-, meso- and microlevels is presented. Furthermore, the influence of nontechnological innovations on resources use changes is structured and graphically presented.

The main result is the presented multilevel system of nontechnological changes in the industry and an algorithm of its influence on quality and the number of industrial enterprises resources distribution. The formulated and reasonable approach can be used for systematization and increasing efficiency of nontechnological changes at all levels of industry development.
