Agent-Based Models in Labor Potential Reproduction Management at Municipal Level: Application Possibilities and Perspectives

The article proves the promising application of agent-based models in managing the labor potential reproduction at the municipal level, describes the capabilities of modern models and raises the problem of choosing a toolkit for developing planning and forecasting documents. For this purpose, applied agent-oriented models were analyzed that affect various aspects of the labor potential reproduction in its phases, as well as complex models that consider the reproduction cycle as a whole. The author's developments are presented and the possibility of introducing agent-oriented models of labor potential reproduction into the modern practice of managing the municipality is exemplified by the example of the regulatory framework created in the Velikiy Ustug municipal district of the Vologda region.
