The article is devoted to main features of business, competition and administration changes, which are one of the most important parameters of modern development. The basic features required for having a successful business are described; skills that a manager should have to achieve goals in the changing world are defined. The authors provide a list of professional competencies which a business analyst should have to be successful in modern economics.
