Development of Innovation Culture in Organizations

The article reveals the features of development of innovation culture in an organization. The importance of innovative opportunities that enable organizations to respond to changes in market conditions and maintain the necessary level of competitiveness is indicated. The work as well outlines the conditions that determine the culture of innovation activity in an organization: the ability to generate innovations, the willingness to introduce and absorb innovations, the possibility of incrementing the innovation potential. Organizational principles that are necessary for formation and development of positive innovation culture are defined.
