Evaluation of the Distributive and Accumulative Models of Pension Provision Efficiency in Russia

The article reveals the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the features and conditions of the implementation of distributive and accumulative models of pension provision. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of pension models of different types are highlighted. The distribution and accumulation components of the current mixed pension model in Russia were evaluated in comparison with the indicators of foreign countries. The prospects of their further application in Russia are presented. The need to preserve the mixed model of pension provision with a mandatory funded component is justified.
