Institutional Aspect of Organizational Culture Change

The article considers a variant of organizational culture change based on the institutional approach. The main difficulties which can arise in the company as a result of implementing activities to change the organizational culture are identified. It also determines the need for the correct interpretation and use of the "organizational culture" and "corporate culture" concepts to design and implement programs of company's internal environment development.
