Organizational Forms, Creation and Registration of NPOs in the Russian Federation: Problems and Peculiarities of Legislation

Nonprofit organizations (NPOs) are an important instrument of civil society development. To function properly the NPOs must cooperate closely with two equal partners — the state and the business. In modern Russia such cooperation is not possible. The main reason for this is an insufficient NPO legislation. The article examines the problems and peculiarities of Russian NPO legislation.
