System of Public Administration in the Sphere of Russian Exports: Ways to Improve

The article is devoted to modernization of Russian public administration system of the export sector, which effectiveness is a key element to ensure the stability of the national economy and the country's presence in the world market. The article deals with the actual characteristics of public administration export systems in Russia and Switzerland. Based on the current Swiss indicators of foreign trade and its achievements in the field of non-commodity high-tech exports, the author concluded that Swiss management methods, taking into account country-specific features, can be used in Russia. The article analyzes the structure of export support and the state insurance system of export risks in Switzerland. The comparative analysis and the assessment of Russian and Swiss public administration export systems are carried out. The author's recommendations for improving Russian public administration system of the export sector are developed.
