The paper analyzes the environmental protection measures taken by the administrative authorities of China in the process of hydrocarbons production and processing. The features of public administration, administration work, technical and other aspects of pollution reduction in the process of oil and gas production and the work of related enterprises are considered. The author analyzes the current policy in the field of environmental protection, suggests measures to improve the environmental situation, as well as the use of a number of advanced technologies for their implementation in the industry.
