Main Trends in the Development of Cereals Production and Market in Russia and in the World

The article studies the problems of cereals production and market in Russia and in the world. Objective constraints affecting the production of grain crops have been identified. There are several important differences in the use of grain crops in Russia from the global structure. Recommendations are offered for solving identified problems that significantly increase the potential of cereal crops by expanding the use of modern high-tech material and technical means of storage and post-harvest processing of grain products; providing the information base of the grain market at the world level and, accordingly, highly qualified specialists able to analyze large amounts of information and make timely decisions in a timely manner.
