From the Theories of Post-industrial Society to the Concept of Knowledge Economy and Digital Economy: a Critical Analysis of the Terminology Field

In the 20th century social development concepts was widely developed on the base of the post-industrial society theory. At the moment, the further conceptual development of the theories of a postindustrial society is hampered by the multiplicity and diversity of concepts: first of all, because of the vastness and multivariance of the conceptual content of some elements. Therefore before starting any social research the definitions of key concepts should be clarified. As a result the author analyzes the terminological field of concepts in order to clarify the definitions of key concepts that are part of his theoretical basis and their relationship among themselves.
