Implementation of the PPP in Innovation Sphere

The article studies opportunities for implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) in order to stimulate high-tech industry. The authors analyze the main approaches to PPP, give their own interpretation and accent on interest in cooperation for both government and business. Special focus is made on Triple Helix in PPP innovative projects as the most effective and efficient form of cooperation at all stages: knowledge generation, introduction of new technologies and enter into market. Based on successful experience of foreign countries authors make recommendations for Triple Helix integration in PPP projects in Russia.
