State Youth Policy in Russia: Evolution, Main Directions, Performance Indicators

The article describes the main stages of evolution of the modern state youth policy, the characteristics of its institutional, ideological, managerial elements, the range of subjects of actors involved in developing this direction of state policy. The author makes a conclusion about the presence of biases in its goals and objectives, the lack of attention to the development of the economic potential of youth, as well as the inconsistency between the goals and the mechanisms of state youth policy.
