Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act in the Context of Strategic Psychological War

The article analyzes the long-term goals and some features of the present stage of the US strategic psychological war (SPW) against Russia. The multilevel character and variety of methods of psychological influence upon target groups are in focus of the research. The author pays a lot of attention to the purposes, forms and methods of the use of Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act in context of SPW as well as to some possible areas of the Russian response to that law in the sphere of strategic communication.
