The paper discusses the development of the radio-electronic complex and provides retrospective analysis of this complex in the Voronezh region along with main factors constraining industrial production development in the defense-industrial complex, including those in the development and production of electronic warfare equipment and potential trends for improving the radio-electronic complex performance efficiency.
