Strategies and Tactics of Staff Recruitment in Innovative Companies

One of the factors impeding the successful development of innovative companies in Russia is the lack of skilled employees. Many innovative companies fight it spontaneously, as the problem arises, using the same approaches, tools and techniques as the other organizations, not taking into account the specifics of the innovation sphere, the requirements and values of its employees. As an alternative to this not usually effective approach, the article considers the experience of staff recruitment in the leading foreign innovative companies. Based on the analysis, the most promising strategies and tactics of working with the applicants at the main stages of the recruitment process are defined.
