Public Organizations as the Social Capital of the Region

The article reveals the features of the formation of social capital of non-profit organizations. For example, the non-profit sector of the Baikal and Trans-Baikal region is considered. The work reveals common features, and shows a unique component of the social capital of social organizations. The results of an expert study that reveal key problem areas and promising forms of social capital development in the studied regions are presented.
