Factors Influencing the Formation of Internal Corporate Image

The article presents a wide range of approaches to studying corporate image. The author suggests the definition of the term “internal corporate image”. The factors influencing the formation of the internal corporate image and the reasons for the present challenges in studying it are highlighted and explored. Productive methods of sociological research in studying internal corporate image are indicated.
