Regional Aspects of the Operation of Investment Infrastructure Facilities

In the current economic conditions, an effective mechanism for attracting investments to the regional economy is undoubtedly necessary to ensure the effective development of the Russian economy, however, despite the established system of state support for investment activities aimed at stimulating investment processes, providing financial and administrative support to investors, in many Russian regions, the investment infrastructure is insufficiently formed. The article examines the results of the integral rating of the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the statistical data on the volume of investments in fixed assets by regions. Also, the sources of investment financing are analyzed: companies funds, budget funds, bank loans. The author also examines the role of investment banks in Russia and proposes measures to improve the investment climate in the Russian regions.
