The authors propose a methodological approach that allows substantiating rational strategies for the development of the scientific, technological and production-technological bases for the development of electronic warfare techniques on a quantitative basis. This approach will improve the quality of the development of proposals on the activities of targeted integrated programs in the interests of modernization of the MIC in the field of electronic warfare.
