Digital Government: Increasing Public Participation in Governing the State

The article studies the existing approaches to the eGovernment concept and analyzes the major trends in its development. In particular, the article discusses the concept of wiki-government, collaborative democracy, crowdsourcing technologies in the public sector, as well as examples of successful implementation of these models in Russia and abroad.
