Managing Public Servants Competence: The Siberian Academy of Public Administration Experience

Competence and professionalism of public servants are among the main principles of public administration today. The author evaluates the public servants competence management system of the Labor and Employment Department of Novosibirsk Region Administration as a part of international NASPAA — NISPAcee “Alternate methods of solving social conflicts in public administration” program.
