The article analyzes the results of empirical studies of the mechanisms of regulation and coordination of interests of participants in the corporate governance. The author assesses the performance of the bodies of corporate governance as a major regulator of corporate relations and analyzes the practice of using formal legal mechanisms in the activities of medium-sized regional industrial corporations. The paper assesses the alignment of the federal legislation and the interests of corporate agents. It also reveals the role of internal corporate documents in the shaping of the system of corporate governance and of informal ethical norms and rules in their relationship with stakeholders.
