The crisis of any nature is a process. The subjects of this article are the management problems that arise at different stages of this process, and ways to resolve them. The main instrument for identifying the causes of crises and evaluating the management efficiency is the post-crisis analysis. The authors consider the main features of the work of different Commissions conducting such an analysis. The authors suggest using synchronistic table and its modifications for the implementation of the scientific approach to the study of the crisis process. The anti-crisis management culture allows for successful management of future crises, reduces their negative effects, and, in some cases, turns a crisis into a springboard for further development. The primary means of formation of anti-crisis management culture is anti-crisis personnel training.

Keywords
