The Concept of Territorial Entity in Constitutional Law

The article examines the current issues of scientific and practical conceptualization of territorial entities of the state in constitutional law. The author considers logical mistakes typical for such conceptualization. Special attention is focused on the problems of legal status of territorial entities of the state.
