Social Determination of Destructive Labor Behavior in Modern Russia

Today, personnel is the key resource for an organization. High level of job performance helps to achieve high positions in a competitive market. However, while the employers pay great attention to the cultivation of constructive work behavior in organizations, the employees actively apply various forms of destructive work behavior. The article analyzes the social determinants of labor destructive behavior. The destructive behavior is the behavior, actions or inaction of the workers, which obstructs the goals of the organization and cause negative consequences for it. Social determinants of labor destructive behavior are allocated according to the four key areas of public life: political, economical, social and cultural. The differentiation of these determinants can help in analyzing the underlying reasons for destructive work behavior and providing recommendations to the heads of organizations to minimize its spread.
