The author presents an overview of the XVIII International SCIENCE ONLINE conference — Electronic Information Resources for Science and Education and new services and products presented on the conference by the world’s leading academic publishers. The author pays specific attention to the new eLibrary web-services, including the Science Index analytical service for publishers, and the problems of plagiarism, publication ratings, etc.
