The article discusses the possibilities of countering the destructive natural disasters on the basis of the comprehension of the experience of man’s relationship with nature’s hostile manifestations. The article also examines the main characteristics of the anti-crisis management culture, the formation of which will allow the society to better withstand natural disasters and reduce their negative effects on human society.
