Communication Management and Strategic Communication at Academic Conferences

The solution of economic and political problems through communications is nowadays one of the major themes discussed by academic community. Along with rising popularity of the cyber-security special attention is given to the problems of information warfare, protection against manipulations in the mass-media. Communication management and strategic communication can become effective means of implementation of these aspects of security. The authors offer a short report about the participation of the contributors of our journal in an international seminar and a conference on these problems in Estonia and Finland.
