Primary and Secondary Education as a Factor of Institutionalization in Postindustrial Society

In a modern society, the relationship between education and work constantly becomes more and more complicated. A research of a role of education in the course of secondary socialization in higher or special education is needed to review the problems of young experts training. Large corporations with high job requirements constantly increase the pressure on educational institutions in the developed countries. In the conditions of globalization and development of a postindustrial society, higher education becomes more and more widespread, reducing its relative value on a labor market, complicating the process of evaluating young specialists. The article examines the basic stages of development of specific tendencies and estimates the current relations between education and work.
