Traditionally, the system of social partnership regarded as a set of organizational, legal and economic measures in labor relations. But, according to a number of contemporary scholars, this understanding doesn’t measure up to the scale of scientific competence of management sociology and narrows its subject variety in the scientific analysis of difficult processes.

One of the primary methodological problems in modern Russian management sociology is the prevalence of western theories, which originated in specific conditions very different from contemporary domestic social reality and Russian mentality.

Most models of partner relations deal with three basic participants — the state, the civil society and the business, uniting all variety of social forces in action. In management sociology, social partnership can be investigated as a specific category of a market society.

Keywords
