Constitutional State and the Russian State

The article is devoted to the analysis of the relations between the state and the constitution in Russia. The author examines the conceptual understanding of constitution in Russia and abroad and attempts to define the generalized concept of Constitution, its typical characteristics to explain the peculiarities of Russian constitutionalism.
