Agent-based Model of Estimation of the Impact of Administrative Decisions in Construction Industry and Communal Services (on the Example of the city of Sterlitamak)

This article presents the results of agent-based simulation of information-analytical support of municipal authorities. The authors have developed a comprehensive dynamic model of the city, the specifics of which lie in the possibilities of long-term development of housing and communal services, taking into account the influence of demographic and socio-economic situation of the city, as well as the evolution of the housing stock. Simulation modeling allowed the authors to select the best option allocation of municipal spending on housing and communal services and to offer a balanced social policy for the city of Sterlitamak.
