Government Stimulation of Innovative Enterprises Development

The article examines the problems of innovative economic development in Russia and tools of government stimulation of that process. The author analyzes the basic financial mechanisms influencing the innovative enterprises and defines the rational concepts of innovative enterprise management. The article also examines the commercialization of technology by small business and protection of patent rights in state purchases system. The author proposes financial mechanisms of long-term planning of innovative industry and methods of support of innovative enterprises.
