Stages of Transition to Sustainable Development Based on Public-private Partnership

The author proves the necessity of a wider understanding of public-private partnership - along with the standard understanding of public-private partnership as a special way of implementing public property projects, it should be considered  an element of the structure of economic policy, including the policy directed on maintaining a sustainable development.
