Public Support of Large Business in Unstable Economy

The article analyzers the public large-scale business support measures implemented by the Russian Government during the global financial crisis. The author estimates the effectiveness of this measure and analyzes the current state and dynamics of Russian businesses which received the government relief packages during the crisis (on the example of  the metallurgy industry). The author also estimates the effectiveness of the internal crisis policy implemented by the enterprises of metallurgy industry themselves.
