Formation and Development of Professional Competences of Specialists: Principles, Approaches and Methods

The article is devoted to the description of the experience of training specialists at the FSEI HPE “Siberian Academy of Public Administration” at the faculty “State and Municipal Management” through academic and extracurricular work with students. The purpose of this article is to examine the principles, approaches and methods in training of modern innovative managers for Siberian Federal District and the city of Novosibirsk. The author presents a technology of engaging the students in the realization of social projects.
