Implementation of Growth Strategy on the Basis of Managing IPO Project

The topic of the article is important because researchers pay little attention to the role of IPO in the context of managing the growth of a company and implementing the growth strategy. In the article, the factors determining the growth of the company through the IPO: organizational, financial, operational, marketing, related to the choice of business model and human capital, are defined. The author shows that one the key growth factors in modern business is the creation of intangible assets. The changes in strategic management during IPO are displayed. The article explains how corporatization can influence negatively the growth of company.
