The Evolution of Administrative and Legal Mechanisms of National Projects and Government Programs Management

Current legal and administrative mechanism of state management of sustainable socio-economic development, consistent with the aims and objectives of the social welfare state, is undergoing significant upgrades, particularly due to the government employing new approaches to management and new regulatory tools.

The article reviews legal and administrative mechanism of managing the top national projects and government programs. The author identifies the key elements and problems of effective functioning of the mechanism, and also considers its evolution due to changes in the hierarchy of objectives during the implementation of new program-focused regulatory tools.
