Management Training in Multinational Universities: Conditions and Features

The article focuses on the features of management training in the system of higher education in the conditions of a multinational university. The author focuses his attention on the importance of sociological preparation of the future experts-managers. There is a problem of cultural dialogue in the university environment. Higher education promotes effective dialogue of people with various beliefs in order to solve different conflicts peacefully. In that context, the author presents the “Creation of the tolerant environment at multinational universities” program. The program is for the workers of the international services of higher educational institutions and in the Russian Federation, and foreign countries. The course is developed on the basis of modern scientific views on tolerance in information society; an innovative model of tolerant environment at a multinational university is presented, based on the complex approach.
