Specific of Managing a Multi-national Staff

The article is devoted to creating management technologies for organizations with multi-national staff. The article examines three main aspects of culturally diverse staff (statistical, dynamical and ethical) which define the best methods of managing such a collective. The authors conclusion is that to take the specifics of multi-national staff into account it is necessary to develop the management technology focused on people and their interactions and assist in integrating various cultures within the organization.
