Complex Innovative Project Participants and the Prospects for Commercialization

The article is devoted to analyzing an innovative project as a way of managing the commercialization of scientific research and the role of the innovative projects participants in this process. The article introduces the notion of a complex innovative project, describes its specific traits, and characterizes the parties involved. The author examines the impact of various interest groups on the project and conflict resolution in small innovative business. Particular attention is paid to the connection between small innovative bussiness with parent structures (educational facilities fwithin which they were created) and their business interactions.
