Government and Society in Information Security Policy of the Russian Federation

Principles of civil society and information security system based on cooperation and mutually beneficial partnership may be the key factors in securing personal security in the emerging democratic society. Public participation in information security may become an effective mechanism of fighting computer crime, terrorism, propaganda of violence, racial of national hatred and prejudice.
