Energy Policy in Russia in the Context of 1990s Political Transformation

The article examines the problems of the formation of energy policy during a radical social and economic transformation in post-Soviet Russia. The features of Russian energy policy in the 1990s are defined and the conclusion is made that the policy was inconsistent and fragmentary.
