Development of Agroecological Systems in Light of the Synthesis of Economics and Ecology

The article is devoted to an important practical and theoretical problem — a shift towards ecological economy and steady development. The author conducts a situational analysis of ecology and economy in various regions of the globe and demonstrates the impact of economy on the ecological situation, which leads to a paradigm shift in economical theory. Ecological economy concepts and the developments of agroecological systems become an important factor of economic growth. Models of stable development of agroecological systems are described. The author shows the links between the productivity of agriculture and the size of the forests.
