Human Factor in the “New Economy” Development

The Lomonosov Moscow State University “Strategies of innovative development in modern Russia” interdisciplinary project aims to develop a model of strategic development of the Russian state system based on an interdisciplinary theoretical and methodological analysis of international experience in state reforms. The research conducted as part of the project in 2007–2008 was used to define the methodological approaches, strategic priorities and principles of innovative development in Russia and develop several socio-economical, informational, administrative and legislative mechanisms in innovative management. The team-work experience of the representatives of three of the MSU’s faculties (School of Public Administration, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics) assisted in establishing an interdisciplinary scientific community focused on the problems of strategic innovative development of public administration and strategic decision-making.

The article is published as a part of the Lomonosov Moscow State University “Strategies of innovative development in modern Russia” interdisciplinary project (2008).
