Perfecting Aimed Programs Management in Education

The article analyzes the existing aimed program management practices in education. The value of an aimed program as an instrument of realization of the government’s strategy in education. The author explains the difficulties of choosing the problems for program development and the importance of interprogram coordination in science and education. The author explores the methods of developing aimed programs indicators and project portfolio management. Specific attention is paid to the perspectives of outsourcing in government programs.
